Our little discussion about The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari being similar to Shutter Island, but you not understanding shutter island that well got me thinking and this explains it...watch it fully first though!!

Shutter Island is a book too so it might be worth a shot reading it, rather than relying on the adaptation making full sense.
