Hey Ilmi - this is a powerful pose all right, but don't lose sight of that fact that this is 'self-portrait' too - there is something generic here - a buff guy (who looks nothing like you) against a fancy back drop (a laboratory?), who is reacting to cancerous growths on his body. It's not very integrated - there's the man, and then these growths - right now, they appear a bit stuck on - like mud or slices of swiss roll... I'd suggest you look back at your original animal, and look in the mirror - and see if you can bring a little more of both back into this image.
